L5 BIE TC at Amazon
Background: 5 years of work experience. What does the compensation look like in Amazon overall for BIE? My compensation: Base: 100K RSU: 60 in 4 years Sign on: 30K (2 years total)
You can negotiate, I know someone who got 110k base. Not sure about the other things
120K worth RSUs is pretty solid for a BIE. Base can go up to 110k.

Yes. Especially for L5 BIE it's good comp. Let me be a bit more direct here. You have multiple people from Amazon telling you on this thread that it's a good comp and you still keep questioning it for everyone. Do you want to hear honest opinions like you asked for or do you want someone to say what you want to hear? It's a good comp and very solid for a BIE. Be happy the team did not low-ball you. You can push for more negotiation but don't push it. Remember that you need to work under the manager that is giving you the offer. Accept it or don't, your call.

No. Seems to be in line with starter L5 BIE. BIE is not same as SDE so compare with BIE and not SDE.
