Base: 210k Bonus: 20% - 30% Equity over 4 years: 760k (update: 850k) Projected Tc: 442k to 463k Yoe:8 (7.75 really) all @ Amazon Amazon TC due to stock appreciation 438k for 2018. Internal transfer offer in the Bay area. Currently in Seattle. Relocating to the Bay. Comments, suggestions, negotiation tips are appreciated.

It’s better than what you have now IMO. Stock growth and overlapping stock awards. Google culture over Amazon for WLB, less stress, more prestige. Get competing offers if you want more if it’s not too late.
Too late for competing offers. I agree with your points. I was expecting a bit more wow with the offer I guess. AMZN stock growth though is hard to let go. I guess I can always buy.
Yea Google offers rarely wow. Particularly if you already make FANG money.

OP got upleveled from L6 at Amazon (usually L5 Google), so this is a good offer.
Interesting perspective from a Googler. Levels.fyi says these levels are roughly the same. Google always tends to level down I guess.
Do you mind mentioning the interview process and the kind of questions you were asked please?
This is on the lower end of L6. Which means that there is a lot of potential for a salary increase, before becoming L7.
That's what my research tells me. At Amazon I am within 18 months of L7. But I guess Google will be conservative on a new employee.
That I don't know. I am starting at Google this Monday.
