I have been contacted by an Amazon recruiter and encouraged to apply for a senior project analyst (L6) position in the finance and business integration group. I am not confident Amazon will be able to meet my comp expectations. Any idea what the range for this role will be? I don't want to waste my time chasing a role I won't accept.
I have a friend working in Austin in the operation group as an L6 and makes a TC of 190k. Not sure if you will get 135k base but TC could be significantly higher
Thanks. My concern is that year three and four would be financially very tight if the base isn't high.
How is this role different from Project Manager?
It is an L6 reporting to an L6.5. My understanding is that the primary difference is that the 6.0 has no direct subordinates.
I've never heard of L6.5 🤔 . It is L7 after L6. Project Analyst seems to be a very basic non tech role.
Anyone? I have the first call tomorrow..

What are your comp expectations? And TC?
I would need a base in the neighborhood of 135. I currently earn 125K (TC) in Houston. 8 years relevant experience.
