I’m currently working for a startup that has basically no funding, but I’ve been able to experiment and learn DevOps practices in AWS. Referencing the zero pay, I would like to transition toward an actual company to be able to work DevOps. Boston is my hub. Everything has been self taught, so I may not know all of the best practices. I have some questions in / around DevOps and some of the tech, but there’s nothing that wouldn’t take 5 minutes to be explained from someone who has the experience. LF TC: Salary: 115k Bonus / equity: I’ll take whatever (currently get 9% of salary into my 401k) Docker, K8S, Terraform, AWS, Vault, Drone, Harbor, EFK, Grafana, Prometheus, Jenkins, GitLab, NodeJS, React, etc. I have learned Java and python but currently don’t use either of them daily.
I have a few positions open if you're able to relocate to the silicon valley. Send me your LinkedIn in a DM or access http://tiny.cc/work-at-carta
I appreciate the reach out, but I unfortunately can’t support going west coast. At this time, I have to do Boston or remote.
remote sometimes is ok if you prove well during interviews
