You’re clearly missing the point! I believe he has a fair point. Algorithmic fairness is a concern but manipulating algorithm to become “How we’d like to define fair internally” is a greater concern

Yes. A typical senior engineer(L4/L5) at Snap earns between 400 to 600k. Agree 260k is pretty good at MS. Btw I was at Microsoft before and my comp doubled when I switched to Snap.
