Just like what they said about the land between Redwood City / Foster City and between Sunnyvale and Milpitas . It just take a churn of city council and those dev freeze can be reversed. We need more houses so the prices are under control
Sunnyvale to Milpitas used to be industrial zones right? Easier to convert to housing zones than converting open space
