I have been interviewing for a role at Salesforce and has given 2 screening interviews (one recuriter and one hiring manager) , one Excel excercise and did 4 on-site interviews. After that I have been notified I need to give another video call interview with a VP. Has anyone gone through that process? What can I expect in the interview?
Itβs just formality. VP just wants to have a discussion. Good Luck!
Do you know people working in mulesoft? How is the experience so far for them?
Formality, you should be good to go! Congrats! Unless you start insulting the VP... Then I don't know what to tell ya...
Not planning to do that but Thank you for the heads up π
I had a last round with VP for SE role. Turns out he did not ask me anything at all. Mostly spoke about the position & what the company is doing right now and then he asked me to ask him questions. I asked him 3 questions and he gave me pretty good detailed answers & liked what I asked him.. so he did most of the talking for the entire time. Is this normal? I was expecting he would try to get to know me or ask "Why Salesforce" type of questions.
What kinda questions did you ask him ?
What role? Yoe?
Role is related to streatgy. YOE: 4
Never heard of such role π, "Streatgy".
