If you are making 100k in India why even come to US with no guarantee of your H1 b being picked. Even EB1 C is screwed

25LPA is becoming common. Amazon touches 30LPA with around 15LPA variable component. This is natural. Bangalore wages are usually 1/4th of Bay Area. As people in Bay Area start touching 300-400k, Bangalore wages will approach USD 100k too. You cannot hire the sharpest brains in the US for anywhere near 100k TC but you can in India.
And eventually those sharpest minds flyaway to US.
India workex gives them points for MS in CS. And yes... this happens way too often. Like 20% of H1B program.
