What have been some of the best things your managers have done to celebrate your work, give you a “pat on the back”, and help you feel appreciated? (looking for thoughts other than bonuses, RSUs, raises though I recognize those are good too)

Asks you to present your work instead of presenting for you Openly acknowledges others contributions in large meetings/settings Says thank you for the effort even when the results aren’t what we hoped.

I do this so I feel better now.
Hosted a diversity event on the weekend to congratulate me on my race mixture and also nice work on the account.
Take my work and give the credit to themselves or others :-)
