Leaving MS after a few months for Google

Had an interview with Google last summer, and eventually got a rejection  because the only team I had a match with had some sort of change of plans. The whole situation was kinda awkward, as recruiters didn't provide any details and it just seemed odd on my end. I've joined MS soon after that. Now same recruiter messages me on LinkedIn with a no interview offer to join G. I'm in Seattle, the offer is for Cali, not a big deal really, as I don't mind to travel. I like my current team a lot, and previous experience with Google throws me off, but saying no without even trying seems like a lost opportunity.  Would you stay or take the opportunity? TC: 220

Are they giving you more money?

It's a slight TC change, I'm more concerned about team match at this point. Also not sure how such switch will look on my resume.

Switch will look fine on resume as long as you stay at G for 2+ years; honestly how long have you been at MS? If < 6 mo I may not even put on resume but that depends on YOe

Offer TC? I mean on its face G > MS...but there are plenty of teams in MS > teams in G Also Seattle > CA

I haven't gotten an official offer yet, verbal was about 18% bump. I love Seattle, but both places are not evil, so I don't care much about that part.

Was your interview with G last summer an L4 interview at 1.5 yoe?

Honestly if I like the team and the TC is good I would stay.
