Leaving Microsoft. No HR exit interview scheduled
Today is my last day at Microsoft. Going to FANG. I was expecting to receive an HR exit interview meeting invite, but haven't received it yet. Is that normal? Do all employees have to have an exit interview or just some? I already filled in the exit survey. (Current TC - $240k, new TC - $350k excluding sign on)
