Leaving first job after one year. So many questions!
I am a new grand and joined less than a year ago at Rubrik. I am looking for opportunities in AI teams as a Research engineer or SDE in Google/Facebook/LinkedIn. What is expected of candidates during the interview process? Is it a bad thing to leave that soon? How can I be sure that my next job is something that makes me stay there? What factors do you consider when you are weighing in options?

When you're asked by recruiters or during interviews, something like the following might be a softer way to word that: "I really enjoy the culture and work, but I am exploring other opportunities to expand my learning potential and grow my career."
