Leaving the bay area on TN visa

I have an offer in Oslo, which I think it would be a great experience, although I’m a little concern about how hard it would be to find a job if I decide to comeback. Considering that I’m under TN visa, a new employer in the US would need redo all the paperwork.

Has anyone has had any experience about leaving and then coming back?

@Intuit: you've clearly never been to Olso. That place is beyond amazing. TC isn't everything. There's no point in being the richest person in the cemetery.

Isn't Oslo like the most ugly and boring Scandinavian capital?

Just spent last summer working in Oslo, and then again 3 weeks in late fall. While summer was great, fall/winter was not fun at all. And honestly it's just a plain old boring city. Would definitely not recommend over the Bay Area, especially with a job at Netflix.

I lived in Oslo for several years. It's nothing amazing I'd rather live in Toronto.

Unless you already started green card paperwork using TN Visa .... And before anyone says that's not possible ... It is because that is what I did.
