I’ve changed roles every 3 years. 7 years at startups. 7 years at 3M. How do you know when it’s time to leave? How do you overcome the fear that your skills are rusty andthat working in a large, name brand industrial hasn’t ruined your abilityto deliver?
Duct taping is a valuable skill in software engineering. You’ll be fine.
