They discuss leetcode questions every day
I like geeksforgeeks for explanations
Codefights is good. Or pick and algo book and go through it.
Um with a normal CS education you should be able to solve all of them given a decent amount of time
Where did you go to school?

Leetcode is great. First think through the algorithm, then code. Coding is actually the easy part.
This is everything that’s wrong about our industry. When do we stop asking leetcode questions and add some originality in our interview process?
When you're tasked with being an interviewer for a developer, don't ask the candidate these types of questions. Sometimes the revolution has to start from the bottom.
I never did and never will. For me it’s always about solving a day to day problem or whiteboarding architecture. Back in the day when I worked for a smaller company, we just had a one-hour open book coding test with few pre-defined problems. The more problems you solve, the better offer you get. Bonus points for finding innovative ways of solving it. So much fun to even evaluate what people do.
