Left Capital One - How do I access my pay stubs etc?

I left Capital One a few weeks ago. How do I access my old paychecks? Looks like Workday is no longer accessible to me.

If you're in California you can make an emoyment records request and cite the appropriate codes. Here is a sample one online http://www.employmentlawsd.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/2016-Personnel-File-Req..docx check your state. If they don't respond you can file suit just on the non compliance of the records request alone.

You’ll have to call them, unfortunately. And good luck, they move slow with folks that are no longer with them. I was there a long time, and left a year or so ago.
