    If you hate squats then you need to do squats once every 3 days, until you start liking them.
    Do may be 1 or 2 sets, not more.

    The often forgotten “Barbell Hack Squat”. Very few people have heard of them but they give you more of a total body workout than Machine hack squats 😎
