Starting from me: - Companies will keep making more profit, FB will peak at $300, APPL peak at $300, G: $1500, Amazon is already at peak, Uber's market cap peak at 150B, Airbnb: 150B. - Though Donald is opposing it, more Indian engineers will move in (profit for business and they are qualified), more Indian restaurant / super market will be built. After 10 years 70% employees in FAANGM will be Indian. - # of Chinese engineers will stay roughly same as Chinese companies pay well back home. - # of Russian & Eastern EU engineers will increase too, but overall they'll make a very small percentage due to way smaller population. - # of Hispanic and African American engineers will increase thanks to AA. - More offices will be built in east bay as many Indian & Chinese engineers live in Fremont. Following Facebook, Google and Amazon will also build offices in east bay. - The homeless issue will still not be solved in SF, market street will stay dirty. Though SF will kind of like NY in the west coast. - Remodeling homes will still be a profitable business, but rental property will be way more profitable.

Tech hubs and Big cities like NYC will never see a housing market crash because supply will be met with demand from techies. 4. Rich and poor gap will be worse in America 5. Focus of global growth will shift to India from China. India will show tremendous growth in areas like manufacturing and services. 6. India will be the most populated country in the world and it will be almost impossible for a lot of tech and science folks to live there and they will look to move out as fast as possible. 6. EV usage will grow in America and start growing in developing countries like India. 7. There will more progress made towards moving to Mars. 8. There will be more mixed race kids. 9. Great progress towards curing AIDS but Cancer maybe not.
White engineers in FANG will be below 20%, bringing happiness all around the Bay Area due to increased diversity.
