Level mapping at Oracle vs OCI
Currently a Principal at MSFT- TC 335. What level will it map of I move to OCI? Getting offer for IC5. Also what about Oracle? Do they have separate levels. Saw bunch of MSFT principal folks joining as director, senior director roles at Oracle. Guess that is not OCI? But core Oracle.
At OCI, IC4/MTS4 (principal), or IC5/MTS5 if u get lucky. On the management track, M3, or M4 if u get lucky.

For an IC5 that’s a pretty sweet offer. Historically. I mean I am assuming it’s accurate but I don’t really know.
Feeling like it’s time to move companies again.
OCI-C is generating revenue for cloud where IC5 gets 1/2 of OCI IC5. I.e, 200K/200-300RSU/No bonus. I can’t say the number who are joining now. I’m giving 2yrs back figure.

Does OCI have a level called senior software dev? I'm trying to see what that maps to in terms of FB/Google.
I saw a post on blind where an L6 PM from Amazon joined OCI as a senior director
