I will say quora as a product fucked up it's own chance. I don't know what new things they're doing. People post ultradumb fucked up low quality questions and answers that go several extra miles with Leonardo davinci level illustrations and life stories with narrations. This has always been the case; it's the same product it was 5 years ago. The platform also never really monetized well.
