Did you try a lot of natural things that work like therapy - going out often, exercising, yoga, cooking, painting, dancing, traveling, adventure sports, writing? They may not be a cure but they provide a synergic effect, so you recover faster or may need less of medicines
Every so often someone posts a kind and thoughtful comment like the above and it renews my faith in this platform

We all have a cross to bear (though some are heavier than others). I am personally glad that the medication available now have less side effects to what was available 30 years ago. Hurrah for science. Mental health challenges aren’t easy. But it doesn’t have to define you. Cheers.
Thank you all. I am too tired from working today, but good news is I got to fix something. I have tried many methods. Currently I try not to care what ever bothers me in my head. Overworking so far is good but I know my body won’t be able to do this very long. Eventually I am going to burn out.
