What can i expect and how do I prepare for a LinkedIn Engineering manager interview? The recruiter gave me some prep materials that suggested a manager coding interview session and researching distributed systems and scalability as well as div 1 500 point problems on leetcode and geeksforgeeks.com. Can I trust this recruiter's suggestion or not? What should i be able to understand or demonstrate with distributed systems and concurrency? I haven't been coding much the last few years (just solving large problems and running projects) and so I'm actually quite worried that I'm just going to bomb now. Btw I have two years engineering management experience, running two teams at the same time and 6+ people, Java development experience. Please help me figure out a strategy.
Can you share that material here please?
Pretty much the above was the guidance. See how thin the guidance is?
Expect the coding module to be true to form. #1 reason for LI rejecting manager applicants is they don't take the coding module seriously and come unprepared.
This is great advice

If you still remember, could you please share your experience? What was asked and did you clear if yes were you able to write syntax correct code?
