I'm looking at a senior manager position (product biz ops) at LinkedIn and trying to get a sense of the comp. What kind of base salary and stock grants can I expect? Thanks in advance for your help and insights.
Could someone with insights please respond? Please let me know in case you’re not comfortable sharing on this post and would like me to PM you instead.
Is it Sr Mgr, XYZ or Senior XYZ Mgr? There’s a big diff so pay etc will differ
That’s interesting (and super confusing at the same time). It’s a Senior Manager XYZ role. Which of the two titles in your post is higher/lower from pay standpoint?
Sr Mgr, XYZ is higher. I think they’ve adopted MSFT’s title-ing for people managers. I’m just guessing here but base would prob be 240-270? Stock is prob 280-350? Target bonus 15%
Target bonus is 20% for a senior manager at LinkedIn. The base is around 250 and RSUs are anywhere from 800k to 1m over 4 years And yes, I was saying numbers for sr. eng manager.
That’s a TC of $750k to $800k. Are your numbers for an engineering senior manager? I ask as they sound quite high for a Prod Ops senior manager.
Nope..even assuming a 1m RSU (which is on higher side), That's a TC of (250k base + 250k*0.2 bonus + 1m/4 RSU per year) i.e 550k
Great, thanks! Appreciate the insights.
