Have onsite in few weeks. As per recruiter, below is the set of rounds for staff SE. 1. Coding 2. Staff coding 3. System Design 4. Lunch interview (feedback matters) 5. Staff soft skill 6. Host Manager/culture fit Wanted to know the difference between regular coding and staff coding. Recruiter says it is mostly about reusability and communication. If we are given with the same question in both rounds (1 and 2), how we would show the difference in staff coding? Coding would be entirely different in terms of reusability?
