LinkedIn Refreshers
How much is the yearly stock refreshers at LinkedIn? Also, what about new stock awards during a promo? Please state it separately for different levels. Swe, Senior and Staff.
No refreshers unless you get greatly exceeds and above I think
We do get refreshers without exceeds as well. It depends on team and org. @intel you are from Intel. Shut your mouth and consider yourself lucky if you get in.
What kind of loser are you? I’m not at Intel right now and have 4 other offers + LinkedIn. If LI is full of douchebags like you, I wouldn’t give a fuck about refreshers and choose others. If you have something useful to share with people, go ahead. Otherwise, go play somewhere else.
@bcIL63 you definitely are a loser with an attitude like that. Some of our best engineers come from companies you wouldn’t expect. Many of them are probably smarter and get more shit done than you. If they pass the hiring bar then they should not be judged based on company. PM me if you want to argue otherwise. @Orirj737 this person does not represent what we’re like and in fact I’m extremely embarrassed douchebags like that are able to sneak through. Most people here are kind and eager to help regardless of prior company or school.
