What is the appeal to NVIDIA?
Hi- What kind of salary hikes can I expect at LinkedIn on a year to year basis?
I got a 10% at mid year and additional RSU in the 50K range. I’m sure it depends on department, your performance etc.
That’s a great insight! I knew that there is a 6 month review, but did not know that it could translate into a hike or additional RSUs. Thank you for the sharing!
Wait ... there’s a review mid year? Unless it’s a promotion, I don’t see how one can get a hike mid year.
I heard 3-5%. This is gonna be my first perf review, curious to know too.
And Now I am confused again. lol ! Guys! What is it? Review or No Review??
We have two reviews. Mid year and year end. Year end is typically the big one.
And during the mid year, there are hikes/additional RSUs possible?
There is no official company mid year review for everyone. Some orgs do mid year review, but mid year is usually for promotions they don't feel is worth waiting until the full year. You most likely will not get something in mid year. In annual review if you perform well you can probably expect 3-5%, and potentially more depending on how good and current leveling, and maybe RSU's depending on how your manager is feeling.
Salary hike is inline with inflation most of time. 1-3% if you are getting paid less than market or you are over performing then you will get more than that.
Maybe 3%?
