Just passed HC with LinkedIn a week ago. Got matched to a team for Feed sharing. Anyone know what this means or if the team is high growth/future opportunities? I’m coming in as front end + UI. Wondering what the comp levels are. I have 1.5ish YOE but I’ve done a ton of frontend/fullstack dev. Enough where the interview was pretty simple to me and fairly certain I did well on all of them. What’s LinkedIns policy on upleveling a candidate?
LinkedIn up level would means you need to start the process all over again. 1.5 yoe sounds like entry level. I’ve seen people with 10 years of experience going into LinkedIn as entry level, especially coming in from the start up world.
I see thanks for the clarification!
can you share your interview experience? I have mine coming up. can I PM you?

What is your tech stack and did you get referred.. TC
Yes I was referred, and no I don’t really use ember most frameworks like react all use a similar component driven development from my understanding. I’ve worked a lot with react redux etc and plain javascript. Current TC 145ish
Oh also I have several offers that offer a decent amount so I could potentially use that to leverage the offer
