Haven't seen too much about LinkedIn culture or comp on here. Anyone know how the culture and comp is at LinkedIn?
Dumb, lazy, egocentric, sad, exclusive. Comp is starvation like
They pay well. Culture is fine but they're a big company work is a bit boring, also depends on what dept you're in. I heard the product teams are a mess from a current pm.
Check paysa, it’s less than Googl/FB for senior level. Culture is generally good, pace and growth vary by teams. You can have good WLB if you are not looking to get promoted quickly.
Great WLB, great treatment to employees, great benefits ( matching best of the industry in every dimension ), benefit of working with very talented people, highest compensation after google / facebook and possibly a couple of unicorns.
Hint: don’t listen to Microsoftian above, we are acquired by them, but our benefits and compensation vs. theirs is a landslide and hence the mood.
I like LinkedIn. Is there gonna be any position in Seattle?
Ridiculously positive / optimistic culture. Great pay and benefits. Still thinks it’s a small company even though it isn’t. Would recommend if you can put up with reading disingenuousness and sappy posts from wanna be Tony Robbins all day every day
Accurate
Great CEO. Useful product when you are finding a job. But with bloated fake connections.
Best WLB in the country. So many days off that it feels like Europe. Compensation is good too, just play your cards right

Why are Americans obsessed with SUV?
Smart, driven, humble, fun, inclusive (too a fault sometimes). Comp- top 60th percentile.
