LinkedIn entry level software engineer
Hey all, I interned at LinkedIn in Sunnyvale and got a full time conversation offer: Base: 125 RSU: 175 Sign-on: 20 Is this a good offer for entry level? The current offer is for Sunnyvale. I am thinking of trying transfer to the NY office. Mostly because I'm trying to stay close to family and friends. Would that be a smart move or should I just go to Sunnyvale? Will the compensation be different if I managed to get into NY office and by how much? Thanks

Good offer, transfer might not be possible (very few engineers in NYC), but if you did get the transfer I don't think total comp would change.
Are the RSUs for Microsoft stock? Just curious

Rsu seems low to me. Shoot for 200 Base looks ok. Unless you are a phd in which case ask for 140 or plus
