I had my LinkedIn first round. They gave me option of 2 hours onsite or telephone interview. I preferred onsite. It’s been 2 weeks now and no feedback. Any insights from LinkedIn people would be great!
How much LC did you solve and how do you think you did? How was the difficulty of the interview?
The recruiter may be on vacation
LinkedIn recruiter is pretty responsive. I got feedback within a week for 1st round, moving to next. Good luck!
If recruiter went dark, that's a bad recruiter. We don't ghost candidates. Maybe they're Junior and don't know how to buy time. Or how to be straight with you. Give them a few days and ping them again.
My experience was that I had to push the process along. Usually when I sent an email I would get a reply promptly and next steps would be organized but if I waited it would take me weeks to get anything back.

Avoid teams with only Chinese or Indians especially with a Chinese/Indian manager
If LinkedIn is moving to use the Microsoft system then that could be the problem. They just built a new hiring system and it's got some bugs 😂 Still best to ask the recruiter
Email the recruiter but no response as of yet :(
We don’t use any Microsoft system for hiring. OP the recruiter might be on vacation.
