LinkedIn folks - how do I remove the original URL of my account.

I want to disable the original URL and show up as 404 Error - not found. AFAIK, its permanent. A logged in member can always look you up via the URL.

Just change your profile url to something else. It should be straightforward.

Bros. Changing the URL doesnt remove the original URL.

If you’re talking about the URL with a hash-like string in it, that’s never going to change unless you delete your account and create a new one
