Sharing what I've found so far from Blind, 1p3a, and /r/cscq:
Year - Intern - Degree: base/equity/sign-on
2018 returning intern Bachelors: 120/150/10
2018 returning intern Masters: 130/175/20
2019 returning intern Bachelors: 125/175/20
2019 returning intern Masters: 135/200/30
2019 non-returning Masters: 135/200/20
LinkedIn also has a 10% target bonus, ESPP @ 10% off up to 15% base (basically a 1.5% bonus), $2k relocation, $2k annual stipend (PerkUp), and $0.50 per $1.00 401k match up to IRS limit (worth $9.5k).
Factoring in bonuses, there's a 20k TC difference between Bachelors and Masters, with a 8% YoY increase in TC from 2018 to 2019.

Were you a Bachelors/Masters grad and/or returning intern for the $5k relocation?
@bloogle: i bought the membership
2019 bachelors is 125/180/20 I think. Only not sure if the bonus was 20 or 25
Out of state relocation is $2000, in addition to two (if private apartment) to four weeks (if you share the apartment) of accommodation
I heard SRE return interns get compensated the same as SWE return interns.
