Hi. Wanted some feedback from MSFT and LinkedIn folks on an offer i got recently. Its for a manager role(non technical). 175 base 300k RSU 10k signon Is there room to negotiate in RSUs?

What kind of role is it? non-tech is way too vague. I think manager bonus is 15%, so your total comp is about 276k, which seems alright. For engineering manager I'd expect more stock but for non tech it is probably in line. Maybe you could ask for 400k stock.
