Operations over support any day
Technology wise? I'll get to work on aws hot new products like lambda, ecs etc. Where as at LinkedIn I'll only be doing automation, monitoring alerts, etc.
It all comes down to what you are more passionate about imo. If you prefer a customer facing/support role then the cloud support position might be better for you. If you prefer a more engineering focused role then I'd go with operations. Also culture wise LinkedIn has an edge over Amazon plus I think they offer a lot of perks such as free lunch, unlimited PTO etc that Amazon doesn't.
