Hi folks what would you choose and why? L6 at Amazon, Approx 15yoe. Amazon TC 400+ due to stock appreciation but won't last long. Assuming all are final swe offers. Numbers are TC/sign on

      Do you speak from first hand knowledge? I think their interview process is very tough. It doesn't make sense to be very selective and then not have a demanding/competitive environment for them

      LinkedIn’s interview process is most selective among those I have been through ( I worked at li and interviewed at most public companies you can name) .
      However once you are admitted, you are considered have “made it”. Just chill

      I can't divulge more than this. Team and work are very important because they determine how long the TC will last. Brand helps you tremendously in the job market which is very fluid these days
