Got a verbal offer from LinkedIn for SWE position, 155k base 250k stocks and 50k joining bonus. Yoe - 3 years Is there room for negotiation? The recruiters says the manager is personally trying to get me a higher compensation from comp committee, but she is not sure. Is there any scope for more negotiation on salary or benefits?
