ServiceNow is growing a ton, the stock is very high right now, so depending on if those are RSUs, it might not be the best time to join.
While selecting a company I look at my peers and seniors in new company. If they have done something promising, so that I would have something to learn from them. Interview are good way to find that out. LinkedIn is another proxy. Also, how as been their engineering team size growth, if it's good that means company is doing good.

BigBasket work sounds interesting if you have relevant background (looks like you have to be an expert in optimization). For ServiceNow, is it $70K stock? I think you should take BigBasket because you are a principal engineer there. So I am assuming you will be leading a team and if you make high impact there, that will open doors for you to join Staff or above at Google etc.
BigBasket to Google "Staff or above". What are you smoking? Must be really high quality stuff.
See what I wrote... if s/he does some high quality stuff... I am assuming he gets to develop something from scratch... how many people get a chance to do that...
