Looking For Referral - Microsoft New Grad PM
Anybody from Microsoft willing to provide a referral for a Product Management role? I'm graduating with an MBA in the next few months and this particular role is specifically for MBA grads in Product Planning (Engg).

The recruiting system is not the concern. But you are asking someone to risk their credibility to vouch for someone they do not know. Do you not have a LinkedIn 2nd connection to MSFT?

Well because the recruiting system is completely broken and having a friend in a company should ideally not push someone ahead of other candidates. It gets worse at the scale of Microsoft and Google because your resume may possibly be lost in a pile just because you don't have that friend/acquaintance working in that company. I wish none of us would need to go through this and that each of us would receive a fair chance. Since that doesn't seem to be happening, I'm just forced to play along in the hope that my resume at least gets looked at by the recruiter. My apologies if this offends you.
