Looking for Referral
Looking for a referral for my wife with LinkedIn, Amazon, or Google in the recruitment department. She’s worked hard on revamping her resume and it’s looking good but still very little bites! She’s been having a hard time getting noticed and I can see her feeling low about it. She has 5 YOE in recruitment and 3 YOE in university recruitment. Some HR and payroll experience but she thrives more in recruitment. Anything will help! Thank you!
Does Facebook look for more experienced recruiters? I hear fb recruiters make the most $ in the valley.
I’ve referred her to FB and they keep passing her application up! Not sure what they want exactly but she meets all their requirements.
I have a fair bit idea about amazon , they start out as sourcing recruiter which is basically a contract based position and based on the performance they hire full time. Good luck !
