where to look besides fb/google for liquid fang like comp? snap/tinder? anything else? salesforce has remote office too?

Snap and Netflix probably highest. Hulu after that. Not sure about Tinder. Amazon pays a little less than Hulu for most tech jobs (in cash).
Netflix and Snap are top of market, obviously, but Netflix barely has any engineering roles open in LA and Snap is a bit risky. Google has a pretty big office, Facebook has a few small offices (mostly Oculus). Amazon has IMDB, Ring, and a few other small groups. Hulu pays ok but not better than Amazon for comparable levels (they don't break 200 for SE2, at least as of a couple years ago). Tinder beats both at comparable levels of experience, since we have more levels on the ladder before senior and can adjust for strong mid-level candidates as needed (and we don't aggressively downlevel). There's a bunch of startups that will hit ~180 liquid in the Westside and maybe a few do better, but not too many big players (yet).
