Looking for a Co-founder/CTO for new tech startup! #elasticsearch #beanstalk #lambda Internet company ready to take on Yelp, meetup, DoStuff, etc. Edit: this is for someone who wants to be on the ground floor, help set the foundation and own it. What we are not interested in: trolls, no leadership experience, people comfortable/happy with their current role.
What’s the equity split
Negotiable depending on what you bring to the table
Ok so what’s the max you’re willing to give up?
Rofl, gtfo.
I'll do it for 60% plus 300k cash comp
Lol
I don’t understand requirement #3 at all.
Being a co-founder is tough as hell! It usually takes someone who is tired/unsatisfied with their role or tired of working for someone else to endure the roller coaster launching a business.
That makes no fucking sense. No role is perfect. That doesn’t mean it should make u unhappy and / or tired. If u are tired or unsatisfied it mean u get a new job. It doesn’t mean u become a co founder somewhere.
Good luck!
Really? You're not interested in trolls? What gives?
Ok, I changed my mind. Trolls wanted!
For two years I slowly developed a MVP, conducted market research, pitched a few events and now set to launch a full product mobile app. Many angels I interacted with along the way said I was too early for any funding.
Do you have any users? Early adopters to test the mvp?
@op, this might help- www.cuebit.ai
Everything is ready except the programmer.
Obviously the reason for the post
@OP: what’s your entrepreneurial background? Ever raised any funding (angel/seed/VC)? Regarding your product idea, how you can protect it from being copied (say by Yelp). As a startup, you’ll face cold start problem. Just think Instagram copied Snap’s concept and outpaced the success.
