Looking for a job switch in US/Europe. (currently in India)

I am IIT Roorkee pass out. I have 2.5 years of experience in Samsung. I want to shift to the US or Europe. I would be very grateful if anyone could provide a lead or referral for a job opening or interview for SDE I/II in backend profile. I have been applying via Linkedin but my applications keep getting rejected because of no sponsored work visa. PS: Not thinking of doing MS. Looking for a company who sponsors visa. If someone requires my resume I will share.
