Looking for a mentor for MLE role

Background about me: Experienced data scientist (real DS, not a SQL junkie). Not a PhD. Happy to share more over pm. I am looking for a mentor to move to ML engineer/scientist roles in a tier 1 company. Ideally I would prefer someone who is passionate about mentoring people and helping them grow, while understanding their background and needs. But I understand money can be a motivation for some people, so happy to pay if I find the sessions helpful. Pm me if you work in an ML role at a big tech and are willing to help me out.
