Looking for place to stay in January 2019 in the Bay Area
Me and my girlfriend are from Montreal and new to all this, but really excited. Requirements: Accept small dog. We have a Yorkshire (I don’t like him but comes with the girl...) Looking to lease for 12 months (hopefully get a discount). Below 3.5k per month. Needs to be modern (or charming) near downtown SF (around 45m walking distance, but open if easy to commute to the financial district) Fully furnished. Studio / 1 bedroom (or only studio without bedroom) Questions Anyone? Or any good website/app I can use to track one down. How about Airbnb vs Renting?
To add to ^ point, there is no guarantee that you won't find zombie like human being roaming around at Night, streets full of litter and garbage. Good luck with messy SF.

Good luck studios start off at $2500 and 1 bedroom about $3400. And those are not modern and do not include pet rent. And that is not furnished. Airbnb would cost alot more. I currently pay 4100 and had similar requirements and dog.
