Looking for referrals in Frontend Engineer role in Google and Facebook India
I am working with Amazon in India as a Frontend Engineer. I have heard a lot of good things about frontend engineering in Facebook/Google. I am looking for referrals in Google and Facebook India for Frontend Engineering role. Thanks in advance.
Wow.. people are trying their butt to get off Amazon boat.. BTW does referals ever works? I means the process will be standard for everyone.. how does referals makes diference
My assumption is the job portals and company career pages are not effective. I agree the process is same , however chances of getting interview calls in case of referral is high.
Chances are high only if you are referred by someone who knows you well and can give a great feedback for you. Otherwise it's the same.
