Looking for someone who can consult me in recommendation algorithm ($1000 for interview fee)

Hi people!

I am currently working for a company in korea one of biggeat UX research firm and i am looking to interview someone who is in charge of recommendation algorithm! (like you can be product manager or service planner or data scientist)

I will be asking questions like what is the trend in this field, what is the data that is important these days for recommendation (like why is recommendation algo so important these days, peronalization etc? Etc..)

If you have experience working in this field and have worked in spotify,apple music pandora or amazon for shopping, google now that would be preferable! If you have worked in this firm previously thts fine too

It is 2 hour skype interview and $1000 for the compensation.

    Pretty sure you’d be breaking the law if you mention any specifics of algorithms at any company. General trends might be fine, but “what is X company’s reason why they are so good at recommending” is probably going to get you in trouble if you ever get caught. But damn $500/hr is pretty lit. Is that tax free? 😂

      Tax free yes, will not be asking secrete tips just your thoughts on some concept and trends like what you can find in medium level

    You cast a wide net here. You have a better chance of getting what you want if you specify what type of system you need e.g. product recommendations, content recommendations and so on. Also, goals of the system can be helpful too, like impressions, clicks, or conversion
