      Incredibly easily. There are multiple gyms and chefs that prepare food. Block your calendar, go to the gym, and eat more of the green color coded food than the red.

    Reward:effort ratio not worth attempting IYKWIM, unless you are into modelling

    Rather aim for -
    musculoskeletal strength
    cardiovascular fitness

    All in order of decreasing priority.
    Maintaining first two while working full time is not difficult, real deal is preparing healthy meals.

    It almost feels like running product assembly line. Maintaining supply chain of groceries, pre planning recipes that can hit macros and micros, running feedback loop every weekend are more excruciating than adding one more plate/rep

      How is strength more important than cardio? Cardio has a massive impact on the brain and immune system and sexual health and all the good stuff you need to be a happy human being in the modern world despite what the /fit/ memes would lead you to believe

      In the fraternity of fitness enthusiasts there are three kinds of people

      Powerlifters - musculoskeletal only
      Body builders - ^ + cardio
      CrossFitters - Almost only cardio

      Cardio definitely delivers great impact on overall fitness, increases VO2 max output, helps removing cardiac plaque, decreases resting HR, increases endurance, results in better level of hormones, enhances sexual performance.

      However, if one is into sports or just starting the fitness journey, building muscles and increasing strength is more important. Strength training results in higher bone density, better posture, balance and aesthetics. Larger muscle mass helps burning more fat, increases metabolism.

      Key is to know where you are, what are your goals and how your body responds to training.

      As long as pound town is concerned,

      Cardio will increase your minutes.
      While strength training will increase intensity of thrusts and of course will get you more of it !

      Here we go again with the copypasta. Good cardio is also good strength training and vice versa when you are starting up but more cardio oriented stuff like running (not treadmill), biking, kickbox, rowing etc. help with strength training much more than the other way around

      This won’t get you a six pack per se though - there’s a risk of becoming ‘skinny fat’ if you don’t do any resistance training and just cut calories.
