Lost my touch of interviewing? Feeling disappointed.
I got rejected from Facebook, Google, Amazon , and 6 other companies. So disappointed. I feel like I dont know how to give interviews. Most of the time I thought I was doing well and feedback comes No. What should I do to improve? 10 YOE 300k TC
Focus more on behaviourial part this time.
Stop targeting FAANG. These companies are machines that are run by algorithms that have incredible biases. You are not the measure of a machine that knows nothing about who you are.

Get feedback. Are you failing at LC or behavioral? Double down on those and keep preparing.

LC is fine. I am struggling at behavioral
why behavioral? how long have you been at Apple and not changed jobs
Target companies you are not interested first, interview is like exercise, you need to flex some muscles before the main run
What phase are you failing? Phone, on-site, HC?
Onsite and failed at google with HC
