I got an offer from lyft in Bay Area. Base :185k Sign on : 25,000 Stocks: 690k Years of exp: 7 Role: IC5 Software engineer What do you guys think ? Edit: I also have an offer from another well known public company, Drop box, which I already signed and have a start date next week. Lyft was very late with the offer which is why I could not delay the first offer. This is very tricky and hard to make a decision just based on ethical terms to let go off the first company. Base: 195k Yearly bonus: 20% Stocks: 210k Sign on bonus: 15k

1. We hire seniors only. 2. We don’t have a bonus. 3. Our stocks are paper money.
What’s a good Lyft offer for IC6 would look like?
Around $500k+ TC.
240k base, 70k sign on bonus. Over $1m equity.

Prepared program creek and gave interviews thought I was good. Had lot of rejections, was a bit over confident and tried again. Somehow ended up with bunch of offers in the end.
