Lyft on-site experience - horrible
My friends onsite starts at 12:30 pm.. somehow he was thinking at 11:30 and went to lobby at 11:20, he told them he will come back and he was asked by the security to leave the campus but he parked his car in the parking lot to attend his meeting; security came and asked him to sign-in and leave the campus and come back.. So he did that, when he came back, he was told by the security that he is not allowed to attend the interview, they sent him back from the entrance itself, didn’t allow him to even enter the lobby also... It was at Level5 autonomous division; he wrote back to the recruiter what had happened but no response.. he wasn’t sure what was his mistake.. no reason/explanations even though asked .. Anyone else had similar experience?
Maybe they got a writing sample ahead of time and thought there were better uses of time.

I interviewed at level 5 and lyft recruiting seems like a dumpster fire right now. Out of all 7 companies I interviewed at it was the most unprofessional and disorganized.
Since this was an interview with the autonomous division they expected him to show up in a self built self driving car. He clearly must have failed that test.
